Charity Discount — If you received a charity discount from the facility you were seen at, please call our billing company at 512-579-4000 and fax a copy of your charity approval letter to 512-439-2814. Please include your account number (can be found on our bill-should appear as "#####-BVRP"or a copy of our bill.
