Director of Operations

Lucy graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Texas at Austin in 2012. She has worked in pathology since 2010, and has been a part of the ReitPath team since 2014. She has taken numerous roles over the years, but currently serves as our Director of Operations. Her current role includes responsibilities such as: ensuring we are compliant with billing and coding guidelines, contract negotiations, credentialing, training medical staff on laboratory testing, problem resolution, and ensuring we do our best to meet patient satisfaction.
